A career as an Industry Engagement Consultant at MEGT is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of apprentices, trainees, and employers. You’ll provide vital support to help apprentices complete their qualifications, while building strong relationships and offering guidance tailored to their unique challenges. With a particular focus on ensuring their physical and psychological safety, you'll be trained in mental health to provide the personalised ongoing support they need to be successful in their apprenticeship or traineeship.

At the same time, you’ll work closely with employers to develop strategies that foster growth, retention, and continuous improvement in the workplace.
